Ideas for Interdisciplinary Projects

Engelbrecht – Villafane ©2013

Slant of Light provides many opportunities to explore a wide range of topics from United States History to philosophy. References to historic events, Emerson, Greek plays, etc… make it possible for students with varying interests to find something they will enjoy investigating. Instructors may ask individuals or groups of students to research one or several of the following topics and present their findings to the class. Slant of Light could also be used as a supplemental text in a course on History, Philosophy, and Literary Criticism to illustrate the concepts listed below.
